In Focus Monthly Terms & Conditions

By booking and/or attending an In Focus Monthly session with Revamped Image Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

● Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

● Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

2. Session Details

● Each In Focus Monthly session lasts two hours.

● Sessions combine:

1. Up to 10 minutes per attendee for photography, and
2. Time for networking and refreshments (dependent on the number of attendees).

● Prior to the session, attendees will receive a Session Guide by email, including:

1. How to prepare
2. What to wear
3. The theme for the month’s session

● The monthly theme is optional and does not need to be followed. Suggestions are provided for those who wish to use them.

● Following the session, attendees may select the number of digital images included in the booking fee.

● Additional images may be purchased. Pricing details will be provided in the image delivery email.

3. Ticket Transfers

● Tickets are transferable to another person with prior notice.

● Tickets may be transferred to a future In Focus Monthly session within 3 months of the original date, with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

● Tickets may only be transferred once and are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

● No refunds are offered if you cancel your attendance.

● In certain circumstances, a credit for a future session may be offered at my discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

● If I cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered the choice of:

1. A full refund, or
2. Credit towards a future In Focus Monthly session.

5. Minimum Numbers

● A minimum of 4 attendees is required for a session to go ahead.

● If minimum numbers are not met, the session may be postponed and attendees will receive credit for an alternative session.

6. Attendance, Late Arrival & Early Departure

● Late arrival or early departure is permitted; advance notice is appreciated where possible.

● Late arrival or early departure may limit photography time.

● No partial refunds or additional shooting time will be offered.

7. Image Delivery

● Images will be delivered within 7 days of the session.

● Attendees will receive a minimum of 20 curated images to choose from.

● Images are delivered via an online gallery.

8. Usage Rights

● Images are licensed for personal and commercial use for the attendee and their own business only.

● Images must not be sold, shared, or used by any other business or third party.

● Credit to Revamped Image Photography is not required, but is always welcome and appreciated.

9. Exhibition & Extended Use

● If an attendee’s image is requested for use in any print or online publication, this will be discussed and agreed in advance with Revamped Image Photography.

● Revamped Image Photography grants the attendee limited rights to use images in marketing materials where appropriate credit is given.

● If images are requested for use on products including, but not limited to, posters, clothing, or merchandise, a 20% compensation rate of total sales will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Photographer Usage

● Revamped Image Photography reserves the right to use images from In Focus Monthly sessions for marketing purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

● Any concerns regarding usage must be raised before the session.

11. Editing Style & Appearance

● Images are edited in my signature style.

● Heavy retouching, body alteration, or further edits after delivery are not included.

● Conversion between colour and black & white is permitted on request.

● If additional images are requested due to appearance factors outside the photographer’s control (such as hair or makeup), this will require an additional session charged at the photographer’s standard hourly rate.

12. Social Media Policy

● Attendees are welcome to share their images on personal and business social media platforms.

● Images must not be altered using filters, heavy editing, or creative cropping that misrepresents the photographer’s work.

● Any images shared in this way must be removed immediately if requested.

13. Storage of Images

● Revamped Image Photography recommends that all images are backed up to cloud storage.

● Once images are delivered, it is the attendee’s responsibility to download, store, and back up files.

● Replacement copies may be supplied at an agreed cost if available.

● All images are archived for a minimum of 1 year.

14. Conduct & Behaviour

● All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others.

● Revamped Image Photography reserves the right to refuse service or ask anyone to leave due to inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

● No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

15. Children & Under 18s

● Under 18s may attend only when accompanied by a responsible adult.

● Any children attending remain the sole responsibility of the attendee.

● If asked to leave due to behaviour, no refunds will be given and Revamped Image Photography cannot be held responsible.

16. Health, Safety & Responsibility

● Sessions may take place indoors and/or outdoors.

● Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, health, safety, and mobility needs.

● Any additional support or requirements must be discussed before booking.

17. Liability

● While every reasonable care is taken, Revamped Image Photography cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or injury except where required by law.

18. Discounts

● Double Up ticket offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.

19. Marketing Communications

● By attending, you agree to receive occasional, relevant marketing communications.

● Communications are kept to a minimum and you may opt out at any time.

20. Governing Law

● These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
