The biggest shift I see after In Focus Monthly sessions isn’t just about the photos.

In Focus Monthly is a relaxed, small-group brand photography session for business owners who want professional, usable images without the pressure of a full brand shoot.
If you are in need of some updated images the next session will be at the Holiday Inn, Aylesbury, Thursday 21 May, 11.30am-1.30pm.
Each session is capped at 10 people, includes refreshments, and you can have a mix of indoor and outdoor shots.
You’ll be guided throughout, and your images are delivered in a private online gallery ready to use across your website and socials.

When I`m not behind the camera you`ll find me rooting around a charity shop, jumble sale or vintage boutique and then playing dress up in my dressing room!
It`s one of my happy places and where I feel most like Me.
My top tip if you like Vintage at bargain prices... Go to Age UK!

Labels lie, previously worn clothing fits different, oversized can look great. Don`t limit yourself to `your size`
And finally, choose pieces that make YOU smile and feel good. Dress for yourself, no one else.
A fun outfit is the one of the quickest ways to express yourself, give yourself a dopamine boost and show the world who you are 🤍

Sometimes you have to go back to move forward! And that`s what I`ve been doing. Last year I felt stuck, deflated, frustrated and resentful. I was doing what I loved yet wasn`t loving everything I was doing. So this year, I`m going back to what I love, what I do best and what I want to do. I`m evolving by looking back at what worked and felt good before and adding what will inspire and ignite me going forward.
I talked about this at my networking group meeting yesterday and got such great feedback. I now know what I`m doing is right for me, because it feels it.
A few years ago, I`d have been terrified about speaking in public to so many people and full of self doubt about my ability. Now, I feel the fear and embrace it. I know what I will and worn accept. I know who I am and who I want go become. And then I share my experience to help others too.
I`m not very consistent with social media, and struggle with knowing what to post on here... Surprising, I know, as a photographer using a visual based platform... 🙈
So I`ll start with giving a bit of insight into what I do, how and why. Authenticity is my number one value, but only if it`s genuine.
